Steve was recommended by a mate of mine who bought a property last year through Steve's help. The timing was perfect as the wife and I have been looking but have not had any luck. What I liked about Steve is that he applied the same high standards in evaluating a property as he would if he was using his own money to buy it. There were properties where we thought were good enough, but Steve would advise against due to reasons we might not have considered (e.g., flood map etc). He also put forward off-market properties before they've been advertised, which he's sourced through his extensive network. And even though we've given him our ceiling budget, Steve always worked within, never pressuring us for more than what we can afford.
